I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Art Therapy in 2019. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and also can provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I have experience working as a therapist in a not-for-profit setting with survivors of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, as well as in private practice. I am also fluent in concerns such as depression and anxiety, life transitions, relationships, and stress. I provide an individualized treatment approach and often incorporate creativity in my interventions. My goal is to work collaboratively as a team in which I defer to the client as the expert on themselves.
