Each client is the expert of their own life, not the therapists. Therapists have the training to help you figure out what changes you might need to make but ultimately, the client has to be the one to apply those changes. When integrating art therapy, you don’t need to be an “artist,” just have an open mindset about using creativity to learn about yourself.
